I’ve been there—
Let me show you the way
I started coaching indie authors because I’ve been where they are—frustrated by traditional publishing gatekeepers and craving more control over my story, royalties, and creative direction.
After learning how to publish and market my own books successfully, I realized how many other writers felt overwhelmed or unsure of where to start. That’s when I became a book writing coach, dedicated to helping others navigate the self-publishing process with confidence and purpose.
Now, I guide authors through everything from manuscript development to Amazon publishing, branding, and book marketing. It’s not just about finishing your book—it’s about finding your voice, owning your creative process, and building a lasting author career.

Let's talk about your book. Book your free 30-minute call.
With over 18 years of experience in journalism, editing, and content development, I bring deep expertise to every coaching session. I have also written and published my own books. As a certified publishing specialist and experienced writing coach, I’ve helped dozens of authors transform ideas into finished, market-ready books.
I studied English, Media Analysis, and Literary Studies at ASU and UH West Oʻahu, and I understand both the creative and technical sides of publishing. Whether you’re outlining your first book or preparing for your launch, I’ll guide you through every step so you can publish with confidence and creative control.
It’s a free 30-minute, one-on-one call with a book coach to help you get unstuck and clear on your next steps. We can focus on whatever you need most right now—shaping your idea, fixing a messy middle, planning self-publishing, or getting ready to market your book. Wherever you are on your writing journey, I’ll meet you there.
We can talk about whatever you need most right now—
outlining your book, choosing self-publishing platforms, editing and formatting, cover design, marketing strategies, building your author brand, or breaking through creative blocks.
Nothing is required. Just bring yourself and your ideas.
It helps if you have a general sense of your goals or challenges, and if any specific questions come to mind, jot them down ahead of time.
Not at all. This is a no-pressure session.
If it feels like a good fit, we can talk about possible ways to keep working together—but the decision is entirely up to you. No obligation, no pushy sales pitch. My goal is simply to help indie authors get the support they need.
You can book your session through my online scheduler Calendly, and choose a time that works best for you. Or click the "Letʻs Talk" button at the top of the page.
